6. Pickup & Courier Services
Orders are fulfilled via in-store pickup or third-party courier services (e.g., Grab or Gojek).
Orders for next-day fulfillment must be placed at least one day in advance.
Same-day orders may be accommodated subject to product availability and confirmation by our team.
Courier timing may vary, and we are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (including perishable food items such as cheese and prepared foods), all sales are generally final.
We will offer a replacement or refund only if:
- The wrong item was provided
- The product arrived damaged or spoiled
Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order and must include photo proof.
8. Storage & Product Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after pickup or courier delivery (e.g., refrigeration for cheese and dairy items).
We are not liable for issues resulting from improper storage or handling after handover.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including images, branding, and text) is the property of the company and may not be used without permission.
