This guide walks you through the whole process, step by step, so your first order is quick and your cheese arrives the way it left our kitchen: fresh and cold.

Before You Order: Home or Business?

GIOIA has two ordering paths, and choosing the right one first saves time.

• Home orders: for your own fridge, a villa stay, a dinner party or a weekend picnic. These are placed directly through the online shop and paid at checkout.
• Business orders: for restaurants, cafés, hotels and villas buying in volume. These go through the wholesale page, where pricing and supply terms are handled separately.

The steps below are for home orders.

Step 1: Open the Online Shop

Go to gioiacheese.com and select Shop Online, then Order for Home. You can also go straight to All Cheeses to see the full range on one page.

Step 2: Choose Your Cheese

The range is grouped by how you will use it, which makes choosing easier if you are not sure what you need.

• Mozzarella Family: mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella and bocconcini. Fresh, milky and best eaten soon after delivery.
• Fresh & Soft Cheeses: ricotta, mascarpone, halloumi and more, for baking, spreading and grilling.
• Mild & Melting Cheeses: for pizza, toasties and pasta bakes.
• Characterful Cheeses: aged and semi-aged cheeses for grating, slicing and cheese boards.
• Butter: made from the same fresh milk.

Step 3: Add to Cart

Open a product page, check the size or weight if there is more than one option, set the quantity and tap Add to cart. Keep browsing and add everything you need in one order, so it all arrives together in a single delivery.

Step 4: Review Your Cart and Check Out

Open the cart, confirm your items and quantities, and tap Check out. At checkout you will enter:

• Your contact details, so our team can reach you about delivery.
• Your delivery address, including villa name or clear directions if it is hard to find.
• Your delivery method: delivery to your address, or free pickup.

Step 5: Choose Delivery or Free Pickup

We currently deliver within these areas of Bali. The exact delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Berawa: Rp 15.000
• Canggu, Pererenan, Kerobokan, Seminyak: Rp 20.000
• Kuta: Rp 40.000
• Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua: Rp 75.000
• Uluwatu: Rp 100.000

Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order free of charge from the Km0 Retail Shop. We will let you know when it is ready.

If your address is outside these areas, including outside Bali, message us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can check the best option for keeping your cheese cold in transit.

Step 6: Pay Securely

Complete payment using one of the options shown at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. Keep it, as it makes any follow-up faster.

Step 7: Confirm Your Delivery Time

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. After payment, our team contacts you to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Please make sure someone is available to receive the cheese, since fresh cheese should not sit outside in Bali's heat.

Step 8: Refrigerate as Soon as It Arrives

Your cheese is delivered chilled. Put it in the fridge straight away, ideally on a middle or lower shelf, not in the door. Keep mozzarella, burrata and bocconcini in their liquid until you are ready to eat them.
